Each facility has state of the art 24 hour surveillance

All our non climate control units and two of our climate control facilities are gated so no one can drive up to your storage unit to gain access without going through our gate during access hours.

Individual access codes mean we know who's access code is used to accesses the facility and exactly when they arrived.  Codes can also be changed upon request.

All our climate control locations offer monitored sprinkler systems.  If this is important to you, please call us and inquire.  All Climate Controlled units at Hopewell and Dalton Pike are sprinkled.

Do you want someone near your property at 4 am when no one else is around.  We don't either, that's why access is restricted.  Access hours are 6am to 11pm, everyday.

Professional and local management  (as well as family owned) means we value both your property and our business.  We keep as close eye as possible on activity.  Even allow police drug dogs access occasionally.
