Hwy 64 property is secure with key pad entry and 20ft+ gate entryway. 6ft chain link fence with barbed wire overhead. Surveillance cameras are located everywhere with multiple angles. Rodent prevention and bait stations seemed up to date. Tons of local cats hangout in the lot. I really like seeing that there is rodent patrol also, so big plus. All of the money business and documents were handled over the phone and email.“
