No 24-Hour Access — By Design

Do you want someone near your property at 4 am when no one else is around? We don't either. That's why we restrict access to set hours every day. It's a deliberate choice to keep the property safer for everyone, not a limitation.

24-Hour Video Surveillance Every facility is monitored by security cameras around the clock.

Gated and Fenced Entry

All non-climate control units and all of the North Lee Highway are fenced and gated. Dalton Pike and Georgetown Road's climate-controlled units are not fenced, but both are protected by a monitored alarm system and 24-hour video surveillance. All facilities have individual access codes and restricted access hours.

Individual Access Codes Every customer receives their own unique access code, so we always know exactly who entered the property and when. Codes can be changed at the tenant's request at any time.

Monitored Sprinkler Systems Our climate-controlled units at North Lee Highway, Georgetown Road, and Dalton Pike are protected by a monitored sprinkler system.

Well-Lit Properties Every location is well-lit, making it easier and safer to access your unit during our 6 am to 11 pm hours. Police K-9 Access We periodically allow local police drug dogs onto our properties as an added layer of protection for our tenants and the community.

Tenant Insurance

Protecting your belongings goes beyond physical security. We require proof of insurance or enrollment in our coverage plan at move-in, so your stored items are financially protected as well.
