No, we have a 30-day minimum, and then we are month-to-month after that requirement is met!
All contracts are month-to-month and no advanced notice is required. However, we do require notification upon move-out in order to avoid any future charges.
Our facilities are accessible 7 days a week and 365 days a year from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We lock them down at night for an added level of protection.
We require each tenant to have insurance for their individual unit(s). If you have coverage through an existing insurance policy, we require written documentation of that coverage. But don't worry if you don't! We provide various policies based on your needs for a low monthly rate.
We provide you with a free, brand-new cylinder lock upon move-in. This lock is yours to keep when you move out. You are welcome to use your own lock if you would like to.
Food and other perishable items, flammable liquids, explosives, and toxic materials are prohibited. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
While we do not sell moving equipment, all of our climate-controlled facilities are equipped with rolling carts that you are more than welcome to use to help you move your items to and from your car and unit.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month, and we have a variety of ways you can pay your bill:
- Autobill: This is the fastest and most convenient method. We can draft your monthly rent from a credit card or a checking account.
- Online Account: You can create an account on our website and manage everything there.
- Automated Phone Payment: You can call and make an automated payment using the location-specific numbers listed below:
