Renting With Us Is Simple

Whether you're storing for a move, decluttering your home, or need space for your business, getting started with Cleveland Storage Center takes just a few minutes.

Step 1: Choose Your Unit Browse available units by size, location, and climate control option. Not sure what size you need? Use our storage calculator to find the right fit.

Step 2: Rent Online or Call Us Complete your rental entirely online in minutes — no waiting, no paperwork to mail in. Prefer to talk to someone first? Call any of our four locations, and we'll walk you through it.

Step 3: Move In Once your rental is complete, you'll receive your gate code and unit information. Show up, unlock your unit, and start moving in — it's that easy.

Moving Out? It's Just as Simple

When you're ready to move out, just follow these steps: 1. Remove all of your belongings from the unit.

2. Sweep the unit out so it's clean for the next tenant.

3. Take a photo of the empty, swept unit and text it to 423-665-9830, along with your name and unit number.

That's it — once we receive your photo, we'll take care of the rest. No need to call, no need to stop by the office.
